Just wondering what size wheels fit a stock Festiva?

Festiva is 4x114.3. You want dual pattern wheels, just in case you switch to the Aspire swap, which gives you 4x100.

This has got to be the most commonly questioned topic on this site, it's once every two weeks or so that someone asks a very similar question.
14" wheels will fit, but only with certain size tires and you may need wheel spacers and fender rolling depending on the offset of your wheels. The VW wheels will require an aspire brake swap unless you are a machinist who can modify your festiva setup.

Yes 14's will fit but don't get too cocky with sizes. Standard Festy tire is 21 inch in diameter and you don't want to exceed 23 inch. Picture on left is standard Aspire 13 inch rim and tire on a Festy and picture on right is Kia 14 inch wheel on a Festy. Tire is an oddball 155/65-14 (diameter 21 3/4 inch)Comment
