They didn't test it themselves though. Perhaps it's too new yet.

Unless and until actual documented independent reviews (say, from any of the many car forums in the U.S.) are posted, I'd stay away! Right now it does look like a partial scam to upgrade your order without your permission. Yeah, the extra stuff is "free," but they then charge you more shipping costs. A common scam, from what I've heard.

Consider this: a viable product would not have to depend on added shipping costs for "free" extras if it worked as well as it was advertised, would it? In fact, many folks would pay twice the base product cost (in this case, up to $40.00) if that product really did work as promised. Based upon this alone, I highly doubt it works as advertised, and you will jump many hoops trying to get your money back.
