I'm a sucker for a sweet rat rod...
And since i'm too cheap to do anything costly, i thought up a 200 buck-em-up-dollars rat rod blueprint and i wanted to see what you guys think.
Here's what i've got... 91 L dark blue festiva completely stock except with 13" black steel rims. Sits pretty high especially after unbolting everything but the drivers seat which i recommend to all
So here's my shopping list
Stock civic springs (cut them before install) $20 at junkyard
Half inch wheel spacers $60
rustoleum paint and sandpaper to paint the rims flat black $15
White wall tire inserts $40
Rustoleum paint and sandpaper to paint the hood and top of the car flat black (paint is oxidized on the hood and top so this will hide it nicely) $15
Cut the stock festiva grill out and turn it into one big scoop that i see in alot of pics from here. FREE
Plastic gutter guard (plastic wire mesh) and silver spray paint (makes perfect looking "wire" mesh to put behind the cut out grill, TRUST ME!!!) $12
Bmw 3 series black under lip on the front and rear bumper $20 at junkyard
