Since it won't be long before summer is here again, I am planning to install a center armrest too. I have been studying the Kamei armrest. They are available in black leather to match my Tib seats! The mounts are splayed and could be easily adapted to the same angle as the stock 93 seat mounts. I would just have to weld two tubes to accept the armrest.
I especially like the idea that the beer will stay cold, until such a time as it is required to rehydrate the driver. I was thinking about having it at the same height as my long Pride armrest so that both of my arms would be at the same height. That way I could pull rhe armrest forward, engage the cruise control, play some soft music on the stereo, and fall asleep at the wheel while dreaming about a nice cold brewski. I'm lucky my buckles are attached to the seats, and if I remember to do them up before I drive, I might just survive the crash. Comfort does indeed have a price.

That armrest is also available in light grey velour! Ir would look great in any grey Festiva interior.

That leather one is expensive! £164

The leather and cooler option is even more expensive! £225

I only paid $248 for my Festiva on eBay. Yikes! Imagine. An armrest costing more than my car!

      LOL.

Speaking of brewskis. That guy never did make it to the beer store a couple of weeks ago. At least his buddies knew where their priorities lay.

Check out the picture on the first two pages of the Kamei Germany armrest catalog.
I like that chrome ashtray hanging on the dash. That dash reminds me of my Jeep.

Even he has an armrest. I don't.

I like his fancy white sandals too!

I will take my big level, rest one end on the door armrest and determine the height to the top of the e-brake console. After I determine the clearance for the cooling fan and exact length of the support bars, I can then send the measurements to Kamei.
This is going to be fun.

The only thing left to do, is to go on eBay and find a pair of fancy white sandals to bid on.
