Aspire dash makes this easy. This certainly isnt gonna win any "Car Show" contest. But it will keep your GPS from falling into your coffee cup:nono:. I mounted it to the right for a reason.I wanted to make sure I could see the gas gauge needle hit bottom. The suction cup wouldn't stick to this round dash, and I hate stuff mounted on my window. I can read the speedo from 35-75,but most of the time I just display the speed on the Garmin.

Is it legal to block your speedometer from view like that?

I'm guessing the GPS has a speedo on it. Mine does.

I think I would have mounted it nearly anywhere else on the dash but in front of my stock gauges, but that's just my opinion.Any difference that makes no difference is no difference.

Thats what I was saying. I know that when they did my state safety inspection, they checked to make sure the speedometer worked. GPS wouldn't count.
