  • Scion conversion?

You know the shoe box on wheels called the XB? Those headlights resemble festiva lights? How hard would it be to do a conversion?

Depends if the are HID bulbs, or regular, if they are high intensity, it means changing all of the wiring to deal with the extra draw on current, if you don't you could catch your car on fire using them.

If they are regular style bulbs its just a matter of a few wires being spliced together. and of course getting them to mount in place, and if they weren't close enough, you would have have alot of space around them, and that doesn't look good.

Logan, but I do like thoughs headlights too :-)

I was thinking using the projector headlights. But get some cheap stock ones to see if they fit

the scion xb headlights are too wide and i believe are shorter than the stock festiva lights.

I never said it would look good, I'm just saying if thats what you want to do, you gotta just do it... no headlight other than another festiva headlight will be a direct swap. sometimes you just gotta start cutting... like I will do if I can ever get my hands on a pair of early '00 Jetta headlights

well what i was planning on doing is buying an xb hood, fenders and bumper cover and cut the headlight curve out of the fender and weld it on a festiva fender and the hood use the first prob 6-8 inches and weld it on a festiva bumper, and the bumper use the top half so the lights line up better and switch out wires here and there
