oddball bin rails

anybody ever seen this short underseat bin slide rail? (bottom) they have a Festiva only part# that starts F0BZ which is for a 1990 + festiva but i can't see where they would fit a 1990 highback seat. i think Canada still offered the seats with adjustable headrest in the 90s. maybe this type of rail is for them?

The rails underneath on the adjustable headrest Cdn 93 LX passenger seat that I scavenged do not look like that.

The tray rails are U-shaped to hold the tray in place with notches for the fully extended position. Here is another view. I have never seen that Munchkin rail before.

ya i can't see where they are even long enough to allow the tray to move a few inches. oh well into the garbage can
