Paint code question..

Is there an "official" code for the black paint used around the windows on the GL and Sport models?

im not sure but i have used just flat black paint before & it looks good.

there's #s listed for 2 blacks for interior trim in the 80's parts sheets. i doubt it would be what you want. i think a black with 80% gloss might be a close match to the factory sheen. this is a little shinier than a semi-gloss. even though it's expensive, i've used Eastwood Underhood Black spray and their Chassis Black. it's a very nice paint that dries smoother than the major brands and holds up great.
