Been looking for some led custom tails for mine. I'll probably end up building a box and put led tractor trailer lights in

Sent from Kingston Ga from my hillbilly handheld

Unless you can cut something out of the bumper or willing to cut into the body to recess lights into either then you run the risk of whatever you put on the Festiva looking like a lit up wart.
88L - Awaiting bigger and better things
92L - Dead and needs love - was DD
      91 - Shell with title
92GL - receiving B8 Swap and will be DD

i was thinking of using the original lenses to cast clear ones, then print PCB's with appropriate reflective lens colour (Red, White or Oranger/Amber) then as part of the PCB design, use either a male fitting on the back of the PCB and mount the PCB inside the housing or have wiring to allow the male fitting to be pulled though the housing and then connect the existing female connecter and that will connect back to the housing like stock.

This will still allow for having the clear look but with a faint colour to indicate the colours (brake, indicator and reverse) and also be a bit more modern at the same time.

unless someone knows where to purchase clear colour lens kits from.

I used to frequent hidplanet.com when I was into projector headlights. They have an awesome community there, and a busy LED sub forum.

I personally use plug and play LED bulbs, but the running light function usually burns out because of the wiring of the Festiva. Some kind of back feed kills the resistors within the bulbs, but the brake light function sill works great. 600 lumens each; people stop.
