cigarette lighter mod

Im takeing out the old cigarette lighter and im taking a four port strip of aux plugs and wiring it in its place attatching it to tje center cubby. Im going to use the old lighter hole for a switch to my fog lights

Thinking of something similar but I was thinking of adding a start button where the lighter used to be.

In coming week or so im going to go all hackjob, add a pushbutton @ lighter and add two plugs near glovebox with hinged covers, one with key, one always hot. Using mitsu endeavor pieces. Im almost ready to go to town on top part of dash to make a storage bin, possibly my version of dash cooler

Ive been thinking about adding push start as well but almost an additive to my clutch safety switch, you need to push clutch and button to start.

All German Prides were wired for fog lights by law. Just buy a fog light and switch on eBay Germany. You can install the switch in any unused slot. If you want an orange pictograph, then install an RX-7 fog light switch.

As for the cigar lighter. I always liked the idea of having something able to start a fire without a match. I added a ring light to the lighter socket.
