  • B2200 metal door handles

This may not be a surprise to anyone, but I was searching on ebay and someone was selling these nice metal B2200 door handles, he said they would fit on Festiva's too. late 80's early 90's B2200, they looked like the same back plate.

They are an exact fit. I have them on my Festiva and I have seen some other members have them too.
I just removed the chromed finger pulls and replaced the plastic ones in my gray ones.

Okay, so the chrome finger pull fits into our stock festiva back plate.

Brave, so if I go to the JY all I need is the pull lever?

That's right. Make sure you have a big flat screwdriver blade if you want to remove the chrome handle at the yard, so that you will have a color match. There's no point taking a blue or dark gray plastic cup if you don't need it. That's something I would do to keep the price down. I do the same thing for Escort wiper gears and power mirror internals. If I only need the plastic ear piece, then that's all I take. It's not my problem if they can't figure out what it's from. My only question is how much for these few small items? Most of the time they don't charge for miscellaneous.
