Ranger lights = yes. e36 lights? crown vic lights?

jawbreaka just produced a question in the ebay.de thread. Can anyone figure the outside and inside mount dimensions of e36 headlights? One search shows 13.5" by 5" My searches are also finding that a pair of these aren't really budget minded. I cant imagine the projectors included @280USD are superior to anything we can retrofit into USA ford ranger housings.

USA Crown vic's headlights would be kind of funny to have: people slowing down in front of you and moving over to only find a festiva chugging by. I experience this a lot on my klr650. The newer gen models look a lot like cop bikes.

E36 headlights are at a steeper angle than the front of a Festiva, if you could get them to fit they would point inward unless you completely redesigned the entire front of the car. I have a few sets of e36 headlights (used to have an M3).
