rubber marks

i have used rubbing compound to take rubber marks from a bumper that hit by brothers van but it did not take the rubber marks all the way off the paint. does anyone else have any ideas how to remove the rubber marks?

some type of fine sandpaper maybe?

When you get a rub mark/ paint transfere situation ,
I always use either Meguires scratch X, Blue magic metal polish , and I have used other metal polishes , most will work on paint ,and most will take the paint transfere off without damaging the paint to your car , as long as there is no big body damage ,it should take it all off .
Don't be scared to use it , I have used metal polish for years to take off little boo boo's on paint .
