I have seen these on Ebay UK. The clear corners can also be bought at Festiva Motorsport. The speedometer's come from England.

Neither do the ones from a Mazda 121, those are specific to the grill.

            instrument cluster

Sooooo never made in north America? No chance of finding one @ the wreckers? Ever? I sure hope not... What about the instrument cluster out of a mazda/kia/insert other ford model here?

The 110mph Speedometer is from Kia Prides in England, to make it work in our cars you need to use the circuit board from a US speedo with a tach. I have a spare 110 speedo!

the clear corners on my car are from an '89 121, and they fit Ok - all I had to do was use the metal bracket from the stock corners.

Hmmm Lemme see if I got this right. 110mph is only from the uk...
BUT, I can get an instrument cluster that has a tach from earlier years?

Presently I have 2, both manual, neither have tachs (how annoying!)

I'm not overly concerned about the max mph displayed on the cluster as I've yet to do serious engine mods, I'm more concerned about having a tach so I can teach my girl when to shift. She knows how to drive, just not standard.
