Front bumper grill swap info please

Hello Everyone I'm Michael I have a 93 festiva that I Really LIKE!
I'm looking for info and photos of mods people have done to fit different front bumpers like say escort GT bumpers or anything that looks sporty. Fitting round headlights like H4 into there car, grill mods as well so if anyone has some good photos and a little info on what parts work and what's needed for the part swaps, I would be really thankful!
I have owned my festiva for about two years now and swapped a 1.8BP motor, GEO storm seats Aspire brakes and many other mods. I have found great info and community on this site! Thanks Anyhow I drive about 60 miles a day for work and just the other day it happened, A small car accident Everyone is fine and to make a lone story short no one got a ticket, things can be fixed but my little festiva is a bit messed up, Front bumper is bad, grill is in tacked but has some cracks, hood bent, fender a little bent and one headlight is gone. I have been driving for 17 years and this is the first Accident I have been in. Anyhow I will be fixing it back up because it's a great car & like driving it. There's no festivas in any wrecking yards around my place so I'm looking to drive 100 miles it get old parts for the repairs, I was thinking of looking around the yards around here first for possible parts that I can make fit.
PS It just may be time to bubble flare the fenders when repairing it!

Check if/when there are any Festiva meets in your area. Maybe even host one yourself in the Sea-Tac area. People who come might have parts to sell you, or can direct you here to find them. Maybe put up a WTB ad in the For Sale forum, specifically for Seattle-area folks.

Not many parts from other cars fit ours, at least not easily. But look thru the forums, there's lots of good info here.

I know that there are several of us that live in Washington/Oregon that would be interested in a meet or rally of some type. Old Yellow and his dad are in Kingston, there are several in the Portland area and of course us in TC. We just need someone to pull it together (hint).

Thanks guys I just ordered a radiator today, tomorrow I plan on checking some wrecking yards around Port Angeles And post a add on CL for parts.
After shelling out $90 for one headlight last year I think I maybe done with the stock lights. I may fab up some big round 7" lights or maybe two small ones on each side, my friend and I have a CNC plasma torch so cutting nice sheet metal should not be to hard to fill in around the lights.
I will keep checking on this forum for bumper mods as well.
After My festiva gets going again It would be good to have a North West Festiva Meet!

I've also had "the poor man's BMW", aka Datsun 510, as well. Great little cars.

Yesterday I picked up some parts for My Festiva. A hood, bumper and grill from a wrecking yard for $140. The day before I found all four universal ad on adjustable coil overs with springs from a Honda civic, a rear hatch spoiler and a strut brace from the civic as well all for $80. The strut brace will need a little cutting and welding but should be a good up grade.
Now I need to find a passenger side fender, order some 7" round headlights and buckets. Then spend some time pulling some metal and put my car back together.

Haha Poor man's BMW That's what they where when I got my Datsun back 15 years ago, now they are selling for just as much as a good older BMW! crazy

Well I now have my festiva back on the road again! I went with round headlights (I my self like the look, It look a bit more rally to me) I got some headlight buckets from a 80s VW van and ordered some H4 headlights from e bay. Now when I installed them I went for something different. All the round headlights I see people fab up sit back in from the front grill and it gives the car a strange appearance, From building the brackets I do see why they do this, It makes installation much easier and still looks good. I wanted my round lights to sit out closer, being flush with the grill and side marker lights, so I built brackets and modified my hood by eyebrowing above the lights for clearance, This gives it a real nice look to the car, my next job is cutting 7'' holes in some sheet metal and building some small covers to fill in between the side markers, lights and grill to give it a more finished look I will post a few photos soon. with all this work I have done to my car I think I'm going to get all the little dings and scratches fixed and give it a new paint job as well.

I have been working on my grill doing fiberglass work making it look right with my round headlight upgrade, I eye browed my hood and have learned how to use a paint gun. So far I have the hood, grill and fenders all done and painted, It takes some time doing bondo and filling small paint chips to get a good finish. This is the first time I have posted a photo to this forum so hopefully is works? On this photo there's still foam/ glassed parts between the headlight and side marker lights that needs bondo and finishing, I'm doing body work on the rest of the car and hope to have it all painted soon. Last night I fitted a Civic hatch spoiler to it and it's looking great!IMG_1111 - Version 2.jpg Man the photo is real small I will try to work this upload thing out later.

I saw a Festiva on Copart with an interesting face. Looks to be a BMW conversion, would have loved to have seen it not smashed up.
