What exactly are you referring to? You might want to be a little more specific. Are you referring to the bobtail rear bumper mod?

Rich Norman did an article on this before. The link is not working anymore, I don't know if anyone else has a copy of it.

From what I remember, it involved removing the rear bumper, cutting out the metal bar behind it, and mounting it again flush with the tailgate.
