I love the look of the ranger headlight mod. but what im really looking for is brightness. is it any better than stock? 2 bic lighters are brighter than my headlights... and these are the brightest ive had in any of my festivas. just curious

Seconded, my car has pretty nice looking headlight, probably the best I've ever had in a festiva, and they still suck. Two decently bright blobs on the road in front of me and thats it.

I'm wondering if the projector'd ranger lights would be good with an HID kit.

Forgive me for adding but I would like to know if the ranger headlights are easy to aim so that if they are bright can you focus them where you need them?

For some weird reason my Festiva headlights are really bright? I use silver star bulbs (5 yrs old) and a 90 amp alt.

I do like the look of the ranger lights, and the dual round sealed glass lights BMW style

I'd say its worth the trouble. I have the ranger lights off the 93 model. I believe you can do different year models on headlights. I'm running 6000K hid's & since i don't have projection lenses i ended up tilting the headlight assembly down so the glare isn't bad. My advice is, if your gonna put hid's in, get projection headlamps. I have no regrets on the ranger headlight swap. I've been complimented just about everytime at a gas station.

I agree with what he said^^^^^ the 121 lights give you good sight down road and a good shot of the ditch where those pesky Deer are standing.

An idea can turn to dust or magic, depending on the talent that rubs against it.
