Aspire marker light mod

One thing I don't like about my recent Aspire purchase is that the front corner lights are only turn signals. I decided to change that. There might have been a socket that would fit the Aspire corner light and use a 1157 bulb instead of the 1156, but I didn't feel like spending the time to find one. I purchased some T10 rubber bulb sockets that require a 1/2" hole. I drilled a hole in each marker light, inserted the socket with a wedge type bulb and applied a little sealant to keep water out. I tapped into the power on the side marker lights. Now I have corner lights that come on with the headlights. The little wedge bulb isn't too bright so the turn signal is still visible.

your luck to have emergency flashers! My Aspire does not have a switch to turn them on...
