  • B6T Festiva tach help.

    I have a autometer tach thats in the car but not wired up. Where can i get the tach signal from? i just bought this car and i dont know too much about it.

    Up by the coil, should be a loose yellow wire

      Yup yellow/green stripe wire at the coil..... Which you could tap into it behind the cluster as well, the wire will be there even if the car didn't come with a factory tach

                B6T Festiva tach help.

                On my 88 I had to run a wire to the tach.

                  Weird. The tach cluster plugged right into Pedro, and works fine and its an 88 too.
