Rear Bumper Modification?

Awhile back Rich Norman had done a nice article on modifiying the stock rear bumper to pull it into the bodywork. I've searched through all the archives but can't find it....does anyone have a link or a copy of the article?

Fred, thanks so much for reposting that how-to...I'd forgotten how cool that looked once the work is done. I never thought the Festy looked that bad from the rear, but what a difference! Great idea, and very well-written. I can't wait to do this to mine!
