Found some unmangled door panels at the junkyard, but they are covered in mould and crap. Is this stuff removeable or is the panel ruined?

oh those puppies are most likely toast. mold tends to discolor everything, including vinyl. but hey, if the backing is in good shape you can always recover them...very very easy.Jesus is on my dashboard, But the Devil is under my hood
