One way to install USB ports in the cigarette lighter hole. I payed less than $10 for the port on the internet, plus it has a 2.1 port for a little quicker charge.

Remove the ash tray for access, then unplug and remove the lighter plug assy

A bit of filing to get the new port to fit in the hole in the dash.
The power plug for the lighter is shaped like a "v" and can easily be cut into 2 seperate halves with a large pair of side cutters (dykes), which then plugged perfectly into the back of my usb port, the blue wire is the positive.

I bought red to match my dash lights.
