This thread shows close up photos of the fabrication.
The whole thing can be made with simple tools, the only special ones are the tube notcher (Harbor Freight Tools) and a wire feed welder.
It takes about 3-days to fab it all up (6 hour days) and a day to fully weld it.
What would I do different? Probably have both of the main hoop lower legs bent inward maybe one inch to make it easier to fully weld the adjuster tube place.
