That chart is not accurate for 1989 L models.

I've got a 1989 L model, not an L+ or LX.

This car has the "Black Center Pillar/Door Frames/Qtr Window Opening" which the chart says is NA. The paint and sticker are original to the car. To confirm it's identity as a "L", it does not have a "Rear window defroster" which the chart claims is optional on "L" models and standard on L+ and LX.

My car also had a passenger side mirror, which the chart says is NA for my model, but that item is easy to add at a latter date, no no proof there. A previous owner also added AC and an aftermarket radio, which have both been removed.

Pretty good list of options though.

My 1989 L had the LX interior, an option I know was not available for that model.

It didn't have the black pillar thing, either
