How hard would it be to install AC?

I was just wondering;
how difficult/costly would it be to install air conditioning in a Festiva? Whats the difference between factory ac vs dealer ac- would it matter which you installed? Would it be better to go factory? Also, what would be needed for the ac installment? Thx for any help

Either dealer or factory will be OK, just get all the parts for which ever set up you use.

Not hard at all, just make sure you have parts from the same type (ie EFI/carb) of car as yours and you do a good job of assembling and sealing everything.

The only hard part I had was getting the lines of the condensor.
