Ahh.. so that's what you guys think huh? Techno has been flat black (Jersey Suede) for years.. I have been told by many many people that they like it that way.
Oh, btw, if you don't seal it.. things like the greasy finger prints or oil will ruin the look and it could rust where there was bare metal.
The key here is the word suede. Going for the suede rather than the real flt black makes all the difference in the world. That little bit of reflection you get from suede really shows off body contours. Flat black is just plain flat.
Good tip on the sealer, BTW. I made that mistake...once.
hahaha im not a big fan i live in hartford ct and all the poor people who believe they are street racers get old rusted corollas and crx's and throw 17's on it and primer it and call it a race car so I have learned to hate the primer look and associate it with ghetto but do what makes you happy.
I have learned to hate the primer look and associate it with ghetto .
So are you saying Dj's car is "ghetto"? I would hardly call it that, I happen to like Techno. It was one of the first Festiva's along iwth Pimptiva that got me wanting to fix one up! It was the first one I saw with a bodykit. To say it is ghetto just because it is in primer is BS. There are numourous Hot rods out there that are black primer also and they are far from ghetto.

Primer is not my cup of tea.
I'm not knocking it, I just don't care for it. I also don't care for green either.
But that doesn't mean I don't like Techno or Brian's car, I like both these cars, I would just never paint or prime mine like that.

I am happy that you consider your shoelaces opinion over mine because I am only 21, anyways I am entitled to have an opinion and yes I think its ghetto looking specially primered cars with body kits but again thats my opinion, if you are happy with it theres no reason to insult me with your 20 year old shoelaces just let it go and be mature sense it makes you happy and thats all that should matter.
