Festiva side window wind deflctors

I would like to find a source for the molded plastic wind deflectors for my 88 Festiva.....Have looked many places with no success.....can't believe no one makes wind deflector for a Festiva.....Can any one help?

I remember them being for a 90's escort if its the rain guards you are talking about, I dont imagine the trim would matter (lx,gt,etc) but I am not certain about that, and I also don't know if they were for a 2 or 4 door escort.

The ones I had were for a 88-93 Festiva and were black metal.. Ill find the pic.

oh really? I'v never seen metal but they are prolly alot stronger than the see through plastic ones I usually see.

was anybody ever able to find out which car to buy the plastic rain guards for that fit the festiva?

I am almost positive that the ones that fit our cars are for a 91-96 or so Ford Escort I remember it being said that when you install them you need to take off theside view mirror and pinch the visor behind it or trim around it or somthing like that. I dont remember exactly. Hope that helps you at least a little??

yeah thats what I think I heard aswell was for an escort 2 door, thanks alot man, maybe somebody will chime in with some more info aswell.
