  • Aluminum festiva badges

So my new work is a sheet metal shop, I have access to laser cutters, punches, breaks, d-a grinders, drills, sanders, grainers, tig welders, and I was thinking I would like a festiva badge made out of aluminum. Then I thought other ppl might want one, so If you are interested let me know I would only have to pay for materials so they would be reasonable. I would donate most to the site anyways. But I have to make a ton of them to use up one sheet. They would be a direct replacement to the "festiva" badge on the back or wherever you wanted.
SO anyways... If you are interested reply here.

It would look real nice if it was polished too! Are you going to make up a set?

I'll ask tonight how much it will cost me. Maybe I can make a first batch and if people like them I'll make more.

Ok so all I need is an auto cad file of the badgel and I can get them made up, but my motherboard on my computer went out. So unless someone can send me a .dxf file of it it will have to wait till my new computer is paid for. Oh and screw aluminum I can laser cut them out of polished stainless steel!! Even powder coat them if I want!

I have a good friend that made the scout below for me out of stainless. Ill have to take a festiva badge and decal over to him and see if he can make some. I'm sure he can, he was making a stainless smoker the size of a refrigerator the last time I was at his house.
