Aspire shocks a good upgrade for festiva off roading?

yo peeps...

i was wondering if swapping festiva shocks with aspire shocks would be a good upgrade for taking a fest off roading or are they just about the same and would i need some other kinda shocks for that purpose?

well im not going to take my fest SUPER off roading... i just dont want it to be a wuss when it comes to hitting pot holes and driving on uneven dirt roads or jumping curbs (by accident)

This is interesting. When I called fms about using their aspire springs on my festiva they said they are stiffer and lower than the festiva springs they sell (at least for their lowering springs)

stock aspire springs tho would raise a festiva....

what i wonder is.... if festiva peeps upgrade shocks and brakes to aspire stuff..... what do aspire peeps upgrade there shocks and brakes with? O.o

Yes you can use aspire struts and shocks......

But if you use the aspire springs...it won't work.........not only does it jack the car WAY up.....but because the alignment is way off you can hardly steer it.....

I used the aspire struts with stock festy front coils and aspire shocks in the rear with aspire springs cut down to fit....it worked really well and the car was much firmer and smoother!

:O see this is the kinda stuff i need to know... ima be doing the aspirer swap and i am ready to buy the aspire springs ..... tho i would like to raise my fest as high as i can.
