  • Capri brake swap

    has anyone ever successfully swapped the capri front hub/brake assembly onto a festiva? if so do you have pics? Thanks

    some did a festiva to capri brake swap to take a car to the junkyard recently so i can image vic versa will work the same way. But no i don't think anyone has sucsessfully completed one.

      yeah what wes said, the aspire swap is so easy and available and its all most people really need as far as stopping is concerned so I think many follow the beaten path rather than spend there time inovating something new.

        When I did the Festiva conversion to the Capri, where do you think the Capri front brakes went?

          so is it a direct bolt on? if so this is an option for people who want much better breaking force while not having to swap the rear end sense the fronts do 80% of your breaking and the capri spindles retain the stock 4x114.3 lug pattern.
