13 inch wheels

this morning I called around to get prices for tires. No one had 12" tires in stock. A few said they could get 12" tires, in a week! My question is; what 13" wheels will fit on my 93 Festiva with out having to do any mods or buy special tires? And what size 13" tires should I buy to keep the speedo at least close to correct? 25 hourseplay, that link in the sticky that Darpien posted may be clear to him but it isn't to me. I want to what cars in the junk yard have 13" wheels that will fit my Festiva. I just want 13" wheels on my Festiva so I can buy tires off the shelf, anywhere. I don't care if they are steel, ugly or whatever. I just want the ability to buy a set or a single tire any time or any place. The bolt pattern on my wheels are;

center hole 63 MM = (about 2.5")
between oppsite stud holes 114 MM = (about 4.5")
next stud hole 82 MM = (about 3.25")

I believe my wheels are 4" wide with a 38 to 40 MM offset. Does any one know of a link that that I can look for car wheels by pattern, offset, size and what brand and year car they fit? Thanks. Mike.

One that comes to mind is late 80's 323 wheels.

this site will tell you what size 13" inch tire will be the same overall tire height as the 12's so you're speedometer will still be accurate

I was told by some guys who where admiring my 89 festiva that chevy metro 4 bolt, 13inch rims will fit.........any advise???? Thanks all
