when doing the aspire swap what is the best spring combo you guys have found?

I was thinking about using the FMS lowering springs with the swap - will this work and does anyone have pictures?

also if you have some pictures of other combos so I can compare? Could you also note wheel size if you would.

I plan on using 14" rims.
