  • Sway bar bushings

I got the FMS anti-sway bar bushings, and they do not seem to match the clips that hold the sway bar on very well. When I tighten up the nuts that hold the clips (brackets) on they seem to squeeze the bushings too much. You can see them crush too much. It seems like a small spacer should be used on the bolt, under the clip, so that the bushing is not compressed quite so much. Has anyone ever tried this?

If no one from the future stops you from doing it, how bad of a decision can it really be?
