175/60-13's almost impossible to find

Hello all,

I'm having a rearl tough time finding the 175/60-13's from any manufacturer/suppplier. I found these guys http://www.tires-easy.ca/ but their shipping charges are outrageous at over $85.00 per tire :shock:

Any ways... what would be the next best size to run? Should I go with 175/70-13's, find some 185/60-13's or try something different.

My car has the FMS lowering springs and KYB GR-2 struts/shocks and 13" Mazda factory alloys.

Do you have Walmarts in canada? They always have that size and 185's instock down here.

tire-easy.com has them for cheap prices too if you don't mind paying shipping.

That's who was quoting $85.00 per tire!

Well the US branch has 3 tires listed for that size under $50 dollars each (not including shipping). There shipping charges used to be cheaper, I don't know whats going on over there, other than maybe the darn price of gas, or they use a different carrier now. 175/70's should be easier to find.

You'l have to move up to 185/60/13 I think alot of those tire companies are discontinuing that style because not many cars came out with that tire size from factory. tirerack has sumitomo htr200 for 39 a tire.

I've discovered that if I moved to the UK or New Zealand this size would be readily available :?

fastivaca...check out a supplier called remington tire...head office is in Sherwood Park. They carry the sumitomos for a good price and bonus is no shipping...you will probobly have to go through a dealer because they are wholesale...i know mazdas around here deal with them maybe check out the mazdas over there.
