Anyone else seen these on ebay?

(Speed Star SSR EX-C Fins 3-Piece 15" Wheels 114.3 X 4!/ Item number: 190208940520)

It seems like the center cap utilizes a magnetic key to remove it.

BTW, does anyone know what car that is in the pic.- Suzuki Swift? The listing says he had them on a Swift GT.....so I assume so. Other than the tail lights give away, it sure has a Festy profile and look.
