Will these rims fit?

Not the greatest looking rims for a festiva but would look way better than the stock steelies that I have.
Look like a good deal to me, but will they fit a stock festiva with no brake swap? Will they rub? I pm'd him to see the backspace and lug pattern, and I will post them tomorrow hopefully.
