Would 14x5.5 rims with a 45 offset and 185x60 tyres fit a festiva fitted with aspire conversion including rear shocks without the use of spacers?

i'm running 14x5s with i believe a 40mm offset on an aspire conversion using 185/60s and the rears will rub a little during hard cornering or if I hit a bump or pothole hard, but not enough to damage the tires, it just rubs the inside shoulder a bit.
