Tires

Not sure this is the right place to ask this. But I got all four of my new struts on, and new rear drums, rebuilt entire front end. Now I'm looking for just the right tires and rims. Any suggestions? Thanks alot, Jeff's Festiva of Tannery Creek.

It depends on what you are looking for. Stock tires(12 inch) or something bigger like custom wheels and tires.

i have a question about going to 13". Do you have to have your speedometer recalibrated like a different gear put in or just know that it adds 5 mph to your speedometer. I had a motorhome to where i went to bigger tires and had a different gear from a shop put in.

I would say go as large as you are comfortable with/ will fit, because they are getting rid of most small tires. Especially 12's.

Just get the right size 13's and it will stay the same. I am unsure which 13's those are but if the diameter of the tire is the same....the rim size will not really mater so long as they are not to wide or have the wrong offset. Then the speedo will be ok. I had 185/60/14's on my car for a bit and it was off by about 3mph at 55 - 60. I have a gps that shows my speed so I used that instead of my speedo when I was in speed zones.
