Question about installing control arm bushings?
08-11-2005, 08:04 PM
I bought a set of the HD control arm bushings and sway bar bushings from FMS and I was wondering if you lube them before installation? I've never installed bushings before so I'm curious to know.
Thanks

you should use some poly lube beforehand, but since they are rubber, i doubt its completley necessary.
it'd make pressing them in easier and the probability of them squeaking almost nonexistent
