I have a 91 i want to lower and i was wandering what is a good low cost spring set i can get that will lower it about the same height in the picture.?

I like his setup in the picture. i was wandering what kind of rims they where?
any help would be great.

these look like the offset is pretty deep. The tires are prolly 205/60/r13 semi-slick from the pattern (or lack there of) Looks like the lip has been rolled (ghetto style or festivawes technique ) The kyb/gr2 set you can get from FMS is decent in price & gets you about an inch 1/2 lower.
