      3 ways
weld the spider gears (daily driving will be bad)
by a phantom grip (some times these work some times they dont)
Or Mfactory has a group buy on clubprotege.com for a helical type LSD tis 650 which you really cant beat that price, its drop in. right now its being tested on a 800 hp probe, once it goes through all the trials and abuse it will go into production. if you need more info let me know im in the group buy

Do what most fwd turbo guys do, stiffer springs, engine mounts and poly front end bushings to control wheel hop, and a spare set of wheels n slicks.

Hate to say you're not going to do it with the 1.3. First step is engine swap.

Take it back to the back porch, join the 3 string revolution.

you'll still blow the GTR trans as well. Look into a celica GT-4 trans or an EVO one. You will never have a reliable 300hp at the wheels with a mazda AWD trans. It just isn't going to happen.

Look over at clubprotege.com, they will tell you the same. even imazda.com.

step #1: build this 3-500hp car you speak of
step #2: research and learn how to make a pipe dream hook at the line
or you could get your 'tuner' to figure it out

Isn't there a newer mazda or kia with a g series that has a swappable limited slip? I know I saw a recent post mentioning it. Off on a search I shall go...

not for the 4wd mazda, just a viscous center differential that came in the BG GTX and GTR. Plus an LSD will not help the 4WD woes, the internals are weak, and so is the case, you just can't do it.

You have a few options for the FWD, but you will will hit issues with that trans internals even at anything over 350hp at the wheels.
