i don't know why, but i just love these wheels. i just decided today to look them up... but this style doesn't seem to come in < 15" :cry:

Their not really cheap, but their not real bad... but i need at least 14", pref 13" b/c the roads around here suck and i need some rubber between myself and the road.... does any1 know of anything like these that would be sorta cheap, and fit either the festy or aspire swap? (these are 4x100mm)

I've been trying to find some wheels for a while now, but i want cheap, something that i like, and 13" so i can put decent (cheap) tires on them...

I don't know about 13's but some Escort's have rims of 14's that looks like that. If I get a chance, I'll take pics of my sister's one to show you.

for the winter i'll proly end up getting some ugly steel wheels... lol

I had a set of them... I got them for $20 off a guy I worked with (he had a ZX2 that he put on some Motegi wheels and wanted these out of his garage) - I turned around and sold them for $200.
