  • custom suspension anyone?

I am sure I have mentioned this before, but I want to see what everyone else thinks.

I have a set of these and havent really had time to match up anything. I did match the front springs with the front coilover spring and the stock festy coil spring was about 1 1/2 coils bigger then the drop coilover spring. The ones I have are for a 1-3" drop. I have a feeling that stock ride height might drop 1".

I am not sure if the supporting weight is close to festivas but I know the geo storm is heavier.

What do you guys think? I am going to do some matching when I get new struts and get the engine in my car. If these do work you will be forfeiting ride quality over performance. Or should I say I will.

You can get ones from a civic application for 40 bucks on ebay and it is the same kit.

holy crap, your car won't have any give at all! 450# in the front and 350# in the rear!?!? some full sized cars don't use that heavy of a spring.

IMO, a total waste of money. you'd be better off with stock accord springs...

I already had the kit from when I had a Geo storm gsi. I was just wondering what you guys think.

IMO The spring rates are way off, I have a set in my festiva.... worst ride ever, but I wanted to be able to drop it alot....

After alot of searching I found a company named QA1 they make springs for coilover kits, and come in a large selection of spring rates..

I just purchased 150's for the fron and 125 for the rears, not sure how its going to ride but once thier on and I've taken it out, you guys will be the first to know!

wouldn't use them. throw them back up on eBay and get some that are more suitable for a car that weighs 1800 lbs. i recomend doing some math and matching the springs to your intended use.
