  • 16" rims

hey guys i really would like to know for SURE if there is any possible way of fitting 16" rims to a lowered festiva without flaring the fenders. If there is alittle rubbing thats fine i just want to know if the wheel will fit within the fender and clear the springs.
    thanks

Yes, I have a set of 16x6.5 Konig Traffiks that fit. They do have 215/40/16 tires on them and only have a quarter inch clearance between the tire and the spring perch on the rear shock.

they might "fit" but they are going to fill up the entire wheel well, look retarded, and ruin your fuel economy & acceleration since they weight a LOT more and are a LOT wider than the stock 4" wide 12's

I've seen a festiva with 16's in the past and it raised the car off the ground, yet eliminated the wheel gap, it looks really retarded actually.

15's are still damn big looking and IMO are as big as you should go. some wider but lightweight 13's or 14's would be the best bang-for-buck you could go with
