If you still have the stock festiva brakes you will need a press. If you need to ask then it would probably be a good idea that you take it to a shop that knows what its doing.
no i bought calipers and the best brakes from napa as well. Everything is new i just wanted to know if there is anything im gonna need to do to put the on, other than take the old stuff off...

he said he already bought them, its a job since the hub and rotor are pressed together, if your going to do the rotors you might as well do bearings aswell, make sure you get the right grease, and make sure you dont lose the tiny little shimm inbetween the bearings. i managed to get mine apart from a ball headed hammer and mini sledge.
i put the ball on the inside with everything still attached after taking it all off to get the axel out. held the ball hammer right against the hub (fit perfectly) and gave it a nice tap. it progessivly came out. to put it back together i used a bottle jack and a chain. im sure the hammer might work too.
