  • Lets put our heads together help!

ok so im trying to find a drop in bolt it front adjustable strut that you dont need to elongate any holes or shave the knuckle. i was looking in the KYB catalog and looking at the different vehicles with the AGX strut options just need to measure some bolt holes on a few cars, i was looking at maybe an older nissan 280? mitsu eclipse? nissan altima? dodge avenger? let me know if theres any other cars htat may have a simmilar knuckle set up and i will try and track the strut or car down to measure.

    Thanks

I did all that searching before settling on my Mirage AGXs. The answer is no. Other than
the Mirage parts the only other strut that comes even close is from an early 90s Sentra.
KYB simply doesn't have enough applications, Tokico is the same way. The Sentra strut
has about the same dimensions as the Festiva but has a taller body offering less travel.

These are the part #s for the fronts 734010, 734011 for the right and left respectively.
Type them into google with "agx" after for good measure. below is a link to the best price
        I saw.

Site and Picture of right strut.
AJ-USA offers a wide selection of performance and OEM automotive parts for your car, truck, suv, motorcycle or watercraft. In business since 1976 you can trust us to provide you with top service and the lowest available prices!

The rear part # 741033, same for both sides. You can get them at tirerack.com or just
        about anywhere.

Remember these work but are not "bolt in" the rears are easy enough to fit, the fronts not so easy.

BTW the Eclipse parts don't work at all the fronts are too tall and to get it down to a reasonable ride height you will have ZERO travel. I mean none at all. The rear suspension on the Eclipse have the spring separate from the shock so they will not work period.

Ok so why not go with the fms ones? I mean dont they sell the agx's, so instead of having to do all kinds of searches and stuff.
