Reading another post got me thinking - what spares are you guys running when you do the aspire swap? Does the aspire doughnut fit in the tire well? Would a full size spare fit even? with the same tire size as the ones on the car; I plan on running a 175/50R13

The aspire donut in both of my cars, and yes it does fit fine. Looks like in that other post he got a full sized 12" in his wheel well. -

I have an Escort GT spare.
It's the right lug pattern for the Aspire swap and it fits in the well.

Well with going with the tire size you are I would try to find one that is the same diam as them. Shoot you may be able to just get a cheap steel rim and put the same size and hope it will fit.Comment
