      for that is no help i cant get 12 inch tires no more i need to know what rims and size tires will replace then

        ^ A good cheap replacement and upgrade is to get some Geo/Chevy Metro 13" steel wheels. They are an exact fit, including the center hub. Just make sure to check that it is 13"; early ones were 12". With a 13" rim you get a much better selection of better quality tires.
