Wheel nuts / studs

Hi all
I have a 1996 Ford Festiva (thats what they are called in OZ)
I am looking at fitting some alloy wheels most I have seen have "wheel nuts" & the studs are part of the wheel hub. Can I get adaptor nuts, lug nuts ? whatever they are called. Or can I fit studs to the hubs & use the more common readily available wheel nuts

Gorrilla make a conversion kit, to go to wheel studs.
