dual rear wheels

I now have two sets of 12" rims that I plan on keeping with two differant sets of tires and I'm cruzin' around and I see and old Datsun flat-bed with rear dually's. I thinks to myself wouldn't that look crazy on a Festy. What would that do to the suspension. Would it mess up my milage bad? And what would it take to do something like that, longer lugs or aspecial plate between rims. That with a side pipe coming up the back, Yow!
